Chapter 7
Worship leading should be done by those who study and live the word of God truly. If we are not strong in our own faith, then what can we be expected of by those who see us? If we study the book daily, then our relationship with God will be so strong that everyone sees him in us.

I agree with all the things the author has to say, it all has truth behind it. His word is what we have to use to live the right way and to show others his ways.

Chapter 6 summary
God is the main focus of our Christian life, we should give him all the thanks that he deserves, even though our culture lacks the responsibility to do this daily. The world is so devoid of thanking our Lord, but as Christians we are called to thank him through meditation and prayer daily. Our God loves us and we love him, we should thank him for his daily grace.

I like the truth behind the chapter because it's so relevant to the call of the Christisn life. There's not much else to it, Christianity in a nutshell is to admire and serve God for our lives. If Jesus picks us up, we should thank him. We may not realize it, but He is so worthy of our adoration.

Chapter 5: Living a life of worship
Living a life of worship should be the first goal in our lives. If we only act like Christians on Sunday mornings, then we aren't exalting God truly. We are called to be worshippers and not to get caught up in being a leader. If we focus on ourselves then we can't truly be the people of God.

What I like about this chapter is that this subject is finally being answered; it often is ambiguous. We can so easily get caught up in our own lives being revered, but if we do not worship God then we will not be honored. Being a Christian, this is the easiest folly to commit.

Chapter 4: Having a Levitical Heart
The tribe of Levi, were the pure hearted type who offered all they had to God. Their love however, was on the level past doing; being. Being God's love in the flesh on the earth is how they worshipped God, in all things that they did they did so as the glory of God would. If we give ourselves to Jesus, all we must do is our best; He will accomplish the rest.

My favorite part about this chapter is that the subject of attention was the attitude of the Levites. Pure hearts are a true rarity these days, but we can still make an effort to become like they were because all we must do is love God in our daily lives.
Chapter 3: having a humble, servant attitude
In this chapter, everything that is mentioned compares what the Christian musician does, and what contrasts in his heart's will with God's will. When Christian musicians write songs, they often become hazily infused with the problems of this world rather than remaining purely devoted to God the Father. God created us with the gifts of having both talents and hearts. However, the use of one can far surpass the other if talents are abused; God's main desire for us is that we fill our hearts with love and give it back to Him. He wants us to use our talents along with our hearts. Both must be turned towards him or else they are meaningless.

Chapter 2: walking in the grace of God

In this chapter, we discover how we can disappoint God. We really can't change this in our lives, we are only human beings and we are far from perfect. As we sin, all we have to do is ask for forgiveness and change our lives and He will show us grace.

Chapter 4
Tom Kreuter starts off the chapter by saying that he had been called to lead worship at a young age, and that his heart was right or it. The Lord had given him a gift for technique, but eventually it started taking over his heart. He got so fixated on impressive technique to the point where he forgot about Jesus. When he saw his error, he repented and asked for forgiveness.  The Lord does this with us all the time, he not only forgives us, but he also corrects us.

Introduction
Tom Kraeuter wrote this book about his experience on how hens led worship. He says that the book is mainly about the experience rather than a clear cut guideline, worshipping is not all inclusive. Reading only one chapter at a time is important because of the message each one sends.
I enjoyed this chapter intro because it definitely applies to us all in a unique way. Worship is a calling to the few to call out to the many and the way that the writer works out with his words is so encouraging. I'm happy to hear things from people with more wisdom than I, it helps me live with a path to follow.
